TERMS OF SERVICE

✿ General ✿

  • I have the right to refuse your commission request.

  • Sketch will be sent for approval.

  • Please submit clear reference pics/description so I can make the artwork as accurate as possible.

  • Extra charges for all extra details (such as wings, plushies, armor, weapons, large amount of jewelry) and additional characters.

  • I won't emulate other artstyle.

  • The use of my art for NFT, crypto and AI technologies is prohibited.

  • Please do not rush me while I'm working on your commission.

✿ Pricing and payment ✿

  • Payment via Paypal only.

  • Payment after the sketch is approved.

  • No refunds available after i started working on lineart.

  • All prices listed for personal use only. For business and commercial pricing, please refer to bottom of this page for more details. Please note that streaming assets are considered as light commercial usage.

✿ Commercial pricing ✿

  • Light commercial pricing will be +50% of the price of personal commissions, it includes the right for clients to use the artwork for indirect promotional purpose such as: streaming overlays, panels, schedules, websites icon, stream avatars etc. Reproducing and selling the artwork from this tier is prohibited.

  • Full commercial commissions will be +200% of the price of personal commissions.

✿ Revisions ✿

  • Unlimited revisions on sketch phase.

  • Only minor edits are allowed during line-art or coloring phase.

✿ Use ✿

  • Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.

  • You're allowed to use the commissioned artwork as a profile picture, banner or post on your social media with credit.

  • I have the rights to all commissioned artworks and the right to use them in my portfolio display, post on social media, make them into prints and merchandise if it's a fanart.

  • If you dont want your work to be posted, please tell me beforehand.

  • Please do not edit, trace or sell my artwork. (This includes removing my signature without authorization)

✿ TURNAROUND TIME AND DEADLINES ✿

  • Turn around-time: 1-2 month. (could be less)

  • Urgency / Deadlines: Notify me if you need the commission on a specific date.

Time depends on the difficulty of the commission. You'll be notified if there are unexpected circumstances! Please don't rush me.
